BBQ pork buns, dumplings and beer anyone?
This weekend only get your hands on a selection of your favourite Yum Cha delicacies at the Let’s Do Yum Cha Rooftop Kitchen Takeover.
Head upstairs to the Hillside Hotel’s Rooftop today and tomorrow between 12pm-9pm and enjoy sticky BBQ Pork Buns, Har Gow (Prawn Dumplings) and satisfying Chicken Dim Sum. Vegetarians and Vegans you won’t miss out with vegetarian dumplings and crispy spring rolls. Choose any four for $11 or any eight for $20. Don’t leave without trying the Lo Mai Gai (one for $11 or two for $20). These delightful lotus-leaf wrapped parcels feature tender sticky rice and a savoury chicken filling that goes really well with a cold beer.
Speaking of which, the Hillside Hotel staff will assist in the beverage department with a great range of beers on tap and some colourful cocktails too. Happy Hour kicks off from 7pm every night.
Great news for families, children under 18 are welcome into the seated bar under the complete supervision of a parent or guardian until 9pm.
