Making a fabulous pasta dish couldn’t be easier when most of the ingredients come straight out of a bottle. Simply cook 500g spiral pasta, or the pasta of your choice, according to the packet directions. Drain the pasta, then stir through 150g each pitted green olives, chopped sun dried tomatoes and chargrilled capsicums for a delicious and easy weeknight dinner. If you like, feel free to add some chopped parsley and grated parmesan for a truly authentic experience.
