I was feeling inspired by my previous pizza post so I put together this number. We had some roast lamb leftover from an afternoon lunch so with some mushrooms and french beans I whipped up another pizza recipe.
2 fresh pizza bases
Jar of tomato pasta sauce
200g thinly-sliced roast lamb
100g french beans, tops and tails removed
2 large field mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preheat and oven to 200ºC. Line two square baking trays, or pizza trays, with baking paper. Place a pizza base on each tray
Top the pizza. Spread 1/4 cup of pasta sauce over the base of each pizza. Divide the the lamb, beans and mushrooms amongst both pizza. Top with the cheese.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Slice up and serve.
